1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1-1/2 cup milk
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
Directions:

Sauté pepper and onion in butter, until soft
Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 3-4 hours
Do not add salt

I don't put the green pepper, just because we don't like peppers that much
