2 cups Flour
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp. Sugar
3/4 tsp Salt
4 tbsp. Butter or Margarine
7/8 cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º F.
Measure dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add butter. Cut into flour mixture until crumbly.
Add milk and stir with fork until gathered and mixed.
Turn out on a slightly floured board and knead gently 10 times.
Roll or pat dough out to 3/4" thick.
Cut with round 2" cookie cutter - (or a glass will work the same)
If cut in squares, no re-cutting is necessary.
Put on ungreased baking sheet, close together for soft sides OR 1" apart for crisp sides.
Bake for 12 - 15 minutes until browned.
These brown nicely if you brush tops lightly with milk before baking.
