Directions:
First put paraffin in can(large enough to put block of paraffin into) and melt double boiler style in pan of simmering water on stove. Meanwhile place wine, pectin and lemon juice in large heavy bottom 6-8 quart stock pot. Heat to boiling and until mixture will not stop boiling when stirred. Add sugar all at once, stir to dissolve and bring to a rapid boil that again will not stir down and boil for 1 minute. Turn off burner. Ladle into sterilized jars or stemmed glasses. Seal jars with canning lids or top wine glasses with paraffin. ( Pour hot paraffin carefully over jelly adding to about 1/4" thick. Cold pack can the jars or let the glasses cool completely! Store in cool place until serving. Serving suggestion: Over warm Brie and with crackers!
