1/2 tablespoon poppy seeds
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook poppy seeds in a dry skillet for 1 minute; transfer to a bowl. Whisk in vinegar, honey, dijon mustard and kosher salt. Gradually whisk in olive oil.
