2/3 cup melted Butter
2 cups lightly packed Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tbsp hot Water

2 2/3 cups All-purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda

1 pkg Milk Chocolate Chips.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Beat butter, brown sugar, eggs and 2 tbsp hot water together - mix well.
Stir in flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Stir in 1 pkg Milk Chocolate Chips.
Drop from small spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes (I bake for 9 minutes).
