1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
1 tbsp. fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 (x 2) cup dry Bread Crumbs
1 tbsp (x 2) Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 (4 oz) Halibut Filets
1 tbsp melted Butter/Margarine


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and lemon juice.
Stir in breadcrumbs and 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
Arrange filets on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread breadcrumb mix evenly over fish.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs and 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese.
Sprinkle over coated halibut.
Bake for 15 - 18 minutes - or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
