1 Oil, or as needed
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder - or minced Clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Sour Cream

2 lb Red Potatoes - halved.

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º F.
Spray a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray.
Pour in about 1 tsp oil (spread around) to coat the bottom.
Mix Parmesan Cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika and pepper together in a bowl.
Blot the cut side of potatoes with a paper towel to remove any moisture.
Place potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp. oil - toss until potatoes are lightly coated.
Sprinkle potatoes with Parm mixture and toss to coat.
Arrange potatoes, cut side down onto prepared baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Turn potatoes to cut side up and continue baking until golden and crispy (another 20 minutes -" ish".
Nice served with sour cream.
