2 tbsp. flour
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan add a small amount of milk to flour. Stir well, making a smooth paste. Add remaining milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cool. Cream butter using medium speed on mixer. Gradually add the sugar and salt. Beat well. Add cooled milk mixture and whip until light and fluffy. Add vanilla
