1 can of cherries
2 tsps. butter
Brown sugar
1 ounce Tea Maria or to taste
1/4 ounce of Brandy or to taste
Cornstarch to thicken
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in sauce pan until melted, then add enough brown sugar to absorb the butter. Add cherries and bring to boil. Add a pinch of salt and tea Maria. Thicken with cornstarch adding a bit of juice from cherries and stir. Remove from heat and place bandy on top and flame.

Pour over vanilla ice cream.
