1 pasteurized egg yolk
1 garlic clove
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
4 anchovies

1/2 cup olive oil
a splash of water

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, blend together egg yolk, garlic clove, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and anchovies. Gradually blend in olive oil and a splash of water. Stir in grated Parmesan.
