1/2 cup buttermilk
3 ounces softened goat cheese
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon horseradish

1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon chopped chives

Directions:

In a blender, pulse together all ingredients, except dill and chives, until smooth. Stir in chopped dill and chopped chives.
