2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup pitted kalamata olives
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste

1/4 cup each olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil

In a blender, blend together lemon juice, dijon mustard, lemon zest, pitted kalamata olive, thyme, sugar, salt to taste. Gradually add in olive oil and vegetable oil.
