1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt to taste

1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons chopped dill

Whisk lemon juice, dijon mustard, lemon zest, sugar, and salt to taste. Gradually whisk in olive oil and vegetable oil. Stir in chopped dill.
