2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup hazelnut oil
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup minced dill

Directions:

Blend dijon mustard, cider vinegar, kosher salt, vegetable oil, and hazelnut oil in a blender. Add chives and dill and pulse to combine.
