2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
pepper to taste

1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
3 slices crumbled cooked bacon
2 tablespoons chopped chives

Whisk first four ingredients together. The gradually whisk in olive oil. Add 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, 3 slices crumbled cooked bacon and 2 tablespoons chopped chives.
