3 C sugar
1 C oleo
6 eggs, separated
1 oz orange extract
3 C flour
1/4 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pt sour cream
2 C chopped pecans

Frosting:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 C nuts
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oleo. Add well-beaten egg yolks and extract. Blend. Add sour cream and blend. Combine flour, soda, and salt then add. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Add nuts. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 325º for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from pan while warm.

Frosting:
Soften cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and mix well, then add vanilla and nuts. Spread over cake
