Pastry for 9" pie (top layer only)
3 tbsp Butter
1 medium Onion - chopped
2 tbsp Green Pepper
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup or I use leftover gravy
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups chopped Chicken (or Turkey)
3/4 cup cooked Vegetables
Potatoes - chunks or leftover
1/2 tsp Salt & dash Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions & green pepper in butter.
Add soup (gravy), milk, meat, vegetables, potatoes & salt/pepper.
Pour into large pie plate.
Place pastry over mixture and arrange over pie plate.
Cut slits in pastry for steam to escape.
Seal & flute.
Bake at 425º F for 1/2 hour - until hot and crust is browned.
