3 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tsp Corn Starch
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Cooking Sherry
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin
1 lb Chicken breasts
1 1/2 + Snow Peas (ends chopped off)1 clove Garlic - chopped
1 Red Pepper
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup roasted Cashews
1 clove Garlic - chopped
1 piece Ginger Root - 1" - chopped
2 tsp Ground Ginger
2 small Onions - quartered
Carrots
Celery
Asparagus Spears (if you have any - they work well)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the soy sauce, corn starch, sugar, sherry, sesame oil, hoisin and hot sauce - set aside.
Remove strings from snow peas and cut diagonally in half.
Seed, core and cut red pepper into bite-sized chunks - set aside.
In wok (or large fry pan) heat oil over medium heat until the garlic sizzles.
Add the chicken and stir fry until lightly browned.
Transfer to plate.
Add snow peas, pepper, onion, carrots, celery, asparagus, cashews, garlic & ginger to wok.
Cover & steam until pepper is tender - about 2 minutes.
Return chicken to pan & toss to combine.
Stir in soy sauce mixture & simmer until it thickens - about 1 minute.
Serve with rice.
