8 cups - Frozen Hash Browns - thawed
1/2 cup chopped Onion
Small Garlic Clove - minced (if desired - LOL)
1 - 10 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Sour Cream
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tsp Salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Pepper

2 cups crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 cup melted Butter (or margarine)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F.
Mix first 8 ingredients together & pack into a 9" x 13" pan.
Mix corn flake crumbs with melted butter & spread over top.
Bake uncovered for 50 - 60 minutes.
