1 cup Sour Cream
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 cloves Garlic - minced
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
4 - skinless, boneless Chicken Breast halves
1 cup crushed Corn Flakes Cereal
1 pkg dry Onion Soup Mix
3 tbsp melted Butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400º F.
Butter a baking dish.
Whisk the sour cream, mustard, garlic & pepper together in a large bowl.
Add the chicken and turn to assure the breasts are well coated.
Refrigerate for 20 - 30 minutes.
Combine the cornflakes & onion soup mix in a bowl.
Gently press the chicken breasts into the cornflakes mixture to coat - shake off any excess.
Lie the coated breasts in the buttered baking dish.
Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken.
Bake until the chicken is golden brown - 20 - 25 minutes.
