Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds (brown/toast in a sprayed pan)
1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
1/4 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Minced Onion (red onion is nice - not as strong)
Small Garlic Clove - minced

10 oz fresh Spinach - rinsed, dried & torn into bite size pieces
1 qt Strawberries - cleaned, hulled & sliced
Pecans - toasted

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, worcestershire sauce, onion & garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries.
Pour dressing over salad & toss.
Refrigerate 10 - 15 min before serving. (I mix it all together for less than 5 min - otherwise it gets heavy and weighs down the lettuce.)
Sprinkle a few (toasted) pecans on top.

A nice addition: top with a bit of finely shaved Asiago (or similar) Cheese.
Also, a few rings of finely sliced red onion on top adds a bit of color and a nice taste.
