Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box of your favorite cake mix
2 cups Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
1 egg
About 1/4 cup powdered sugar for coating cookies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, cool whip and the egg together in large bowl (stand mixer works the best). The cookie dough is VERY sticky. Chill dough for an hour or two before preparing cookies for oven.

Preheat oven to 375 degree F.

After the dough is thoroughly chilled, roll small balls of the dough between your palms to form the cookie, then drop into powdered sugar and coat completely before placing them on parchment paper covered cookie sheets. (It is also helpful to dust your palms in powdered sugar to help with the stickiness).

Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.

I used Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme and Betty Crocker Red Velvet but any cake mix would be excellent!
