1/2 c heavy cream
1/3 c sugar
6 T sweet or regular butter
1 c chocolate mini chips
1 tsp vanilla
coatings: finely chopped nuts, shaved chocolate or confectioners sugar

Directions:
combine heavy cream, sugar and butter, bring to boil, remove from heat, add chips, add vanilla, stirring. cover, chill for several hours. form into balls working quick to prevent melting. roll in chopped nuts, shaved chocolate and sugar. store in fridge and serve cold.
