1 boneless beef chuck roast (about 3 lbs.)
1 envelope ranch seasoning
1 envelope Italian dressing mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1/2 c. water
1 lb. baby carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Place the roast and carrots in a slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing and gravy mixes; stir in water. Pour over meat and carrots. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. To make gravy, combine 3 T. flour and 1/2 c. cold water for each cup of juices. Brink the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, until the gravy is thickened.
