1 c. Milk
2-3 T. instant coffee powder
1 (1/4 oz) package unflavored gelatin
2 eggs, separated
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 c. milk, gelatin, and coffee powder and let stand for five minutes. stir over low heat until dissolved. Do not boil. Cool slightly. In a medium bowl combine egg yolks, sugar and remaining 1/2 c. milk. Stir in gelatin mixture and refrigerate until slightly set. about 20 minutes. In a bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Fold beaten egg whites and 3/4 of whipping cream mixture into coffee mixture. Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate until set. Top with remaining whip cream before serving.
