1 1/2 c. Shortening
3 1/4 c. Sugar
5 Eggs
3 1/4 c. Mashed Bananas
8 c. Flour
4 T. Baking Powder
2 t Salt
1/2 t. Baking Soda
8 oz Chopped Walnuts
3/4 c Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together Shortening and Sugar in a large bowl. Mix in Eggs and add Bananas. Beat 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and milk to creamed mixture. Mix another minute. Divide batter into four greased loaf pans. Let stand for 30 minutes before baking. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
