2 c. Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
2 T Water
1 t Brown Sugar
1 T Butter
1 T Sugar
1 t Curry Powder
1/4 t Ground Coriander
1 t. Salt
1/4 t. Ground Cumin
1/4 t. Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix last six ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.
In a large saucepan bring water, brown sugar and butter together and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in nuts and continue stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until nuts are shiny and liquid has evaporated, about 1 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle spices on top and mix. Spread nuts on waxed paper to dry and cool. Store airtight for up to five days
