1 angel food cake (baked)
1 C sugar
pinch of salt
5 heaping TBS cocoa
1 pt whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake and cool completely. Cut into 3 layers horizontally.

Mix sugar, salt, and cocoa. Pour whipping cream over cocoa mixture and stir gently. Chill for 3-4 hours in refrigerator. Whip until stiff then spread between the layers and on top of the cake. Do not ice the sides of the cake. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
