1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. + 1 T brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. white chocolate chips
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 c. Spring M&M's
3 T. sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Combine the butter, sugars in a medium bowl, mix until creamy and fluffy with a mixer. Mix in the egg, and vanilla until just incorporated. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch and salt. Stir together and slowly add the dry to the wet ingredients. With a wooden spoon, stir in one cup of the white chocolate chips. Press the cookie dough into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake the cookie dough for 10-13 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Remove and immediately top with miniature marshmallows and M&M's. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes or until the marshmallows become puffy. Remove and sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup white chips and sprinkle over the bars. Let cool and cut with a wet knife.
