2 C cheese or garlic croutons
1 lb. loose sausage, cooked & fat drained
4 eggs, beaten
2 C milk
1 can cream soup
8 oz shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Place croutons in a 9x13 baking dish. Place the sausage on top. Set aside. In Medium bowl, mix eggs, milk and soup, pour over sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover w/ plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. Bake for 45 minutes.
