Ingredients: 4 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c .sugar 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. baking powder peanut butter 11 oz chocolate bar

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease and flour a sheet cake pan or a large rectangular (13x9x2) pan.
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add all other ingredients and beat 2-3 minutes more.
Pour into pan.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately spread peanut butter on hot cake. This will melt the peanut butter. Use as much or as little as you like- usually about 1/2 cup - 1 cup works.
Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until peanut butter has hardened.
Melt chocolate carefully- if in microwave, use small increments of time and stir often. Do not burn the chocolate! Spread on cake then refrigerate another hour. Let sit out about 10 minutes before serving. |
