1.5 lbs. hamburger
2 large cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
lasagna noodles(uncooked)
1 large container cottage cheese
2 eggs, lightly whisked
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
2 to 3 C. grated Mozzarella cheese
Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper,chopped
1 can mushrooms
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, bell pepper and drain off grease. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste and mushrooms.
In a separate bowl combine cottage cheese and eggs.
Spread a cup or so of meat sauce on the bottom of your crock pot; add layer of Mozzarella, Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses. Spoon egg/cottage cheese mixture over cheeses and top with noodles broken into pieces to fit in crock pot. Layer meat sauce, layer of cheeses, layer cottage cheese mixture and layer of noodles. Repeat process until crock pot full ending with cheese on top. Cook on low in crock pot for 4-6 hours.
