8 oz penne or macaroni pasta
8 oz frozen peas
4 thick slices of bacon cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
Dash of hot sauce
4oz cheddar shredded
4 oz fontina shredded
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Cook bacon in a pan til crisp then put on a paper towel to dispose of un-want grease
2.) Cook pasta according to package
3.) Add peas to pasta in last minute of cooking
4.) Save one cup of pasta water before draining
5.) After drained return pasta and peas to pot
6.) Add 1/4 pasta water (must be hot) the yogurt, dashes of hot sause, 1/3 shredded cheese and stir till cheese is melted
7.) Stir in rest of cheese, smell amounts at one time
8.) Add the rest of the water if needed
9.) Season with salt and pepper to taste
10.) Add bacon and mix well

You do not have to use fontina just a cheese that melts well. More cheddar may be to much for some tastes.
