4 tart red apples, unpeeled, cored & diced
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup diced celery
1 cup Emperor red grapes, halved & seeded
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cold whipping cream
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Toss apple pieces with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Combine apples, celery, grapes, marshmallows, & mayonnaise. Beat the cold whipping cream until peaks form. Fold whipping cream into salad. Cover & chill. Before serving, gently fold in walnuts.
