2- 3 oz. pkg. lime Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
No. 2 can (about 2 1/2 cups) crushed pineapple
1 pint small curd creamed cottage cheese, drained
1 cup Miracle Whip
14 oz. can Eagle sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
about 1.75 oz. pkg. salted peanuts

Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Let cool. When cool, mix in pineapple, cottage cheese, Miracle whip, sweetened condensed milk, & horseradish. Mix well. Chill. Sprinkle peanuts on top to serve.
