1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 cups sour cream (fat free is okay)
2 Tbsp. thawed orange juice (Tropicana Twist Orange Peach is a good choice)
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Cover & store in refrigerator.
Good with slices, or cubes, of fruit.
