8 oz. cream cheese
2 cups lump crab meat
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 Tbsp. diced green Anaheim pepper
1 Tbsp. red chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to BROIL.
Mix all together, except Parmesan cheese & paprika.. Spread in bottom of a one-inch deep pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place in oven for 4 minutes, or until cheese browns. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve with chips.
