2 eggs, beaten
1 C sugar
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBS oleo
1 tsp vanilla
1 C boiling water or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and eggs, add vanilla and oleo. Sift dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients. While mixing, stir n once cup of boiling water or milk. Pour into square or oblong baking pan and bake at 350º until light golden brown.

Mix together 1/2 stick of oleo, 3/4 C brown sugar, and 1/2 C coconut. Smooth onto cake and set under broiler until bubbly.
