20 slices bread (remove crust)
melted butter

1/4 cup butter
1 small onion (diced)
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 can flaked Turkey
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt, few grains cayenne and ground pepper
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
brush melted butter on both sides of bread and press into muffin tin.

In saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter, brown onions & mushrooms. Stir in flakes of turkey. Sprinkle mixture with a portion of the flour and add a little milk. Continue until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in salt, cayenne, pepper and lemon juice.

Fill Croustades (bread in muffin tins) and bake at 350º for ten minutes.
