2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups plain flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup coconut (optional)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 jar marshmallow cream

Icing

1 stick butter, melted
1/3 cup milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans


Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and pour into a mixing bowl. Add ingredients in order except marshmallow cream. Mix well after each addition. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan at 350° for 25 minutes. While cake is still hot spread marshmallow cream over the top. Let cool completely and then add icing.

Icing

Mix ingredients well and spread over cake. Cut into squares to serve.
