1 c. oats
2 c. milk
1 T. butter
1/2 c. molasses
2 1/2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. flour
1 pkg yeast dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Pour hot milk over oats let stand until lukewarm. Add yeast, molasses, salt, butter and 1/2 of the flour. Beat well. Stir in remaining flour, cover and allow to rise. When light, pout into greased pans, let rise until double in size. Bake in a hot 425º oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake additional 35 minutes or until golden brown.
