FRIES:
4-6 potatoes
1/4 c. oil
Salt, pepper or favorite seasoning salt.

SOUR CREAM/RANCH SAUCE:
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. ranch dressing
1/4 c. milk

TOPPING:
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. real bacon bits
1/4 c. green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in to "steak french fries" size. Place on foiled baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and lightly toss with tongs. Sprinkle with salt, pepper or favorite seasoning. Bake at 400º for 40 minutes or until fork tender. In a separate bowl mix together sour cream, ranch dressing and milk. On a platter spread 3/4 of the sour cream sauce, place hot potatoes on the sour cream and drizzle remaining sour cream sauce on potatoes. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top and place under broiler for a few seconds to re-melt cheese.
