1 1/4 c. butter flavored Crisco
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. cooked raisins
5 eggs
5 c. quick oats
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook raisins in water, leaving a small amount of water with them. Cream Crisco, oil, sugar, brown sugar, and eggs together. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla, whole wheat flour, and oatmeal and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake at 400º for about 7 minutes.
