300g flour
50g quinoa flour
100g sugar
a little bit salt
2 egg yolks
250g butter
5 packages vanilla sugar
1/2 cup icing sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (not including the vanilla sugar and icing sugar) to a nice dough. Put it into the fridge for 1/2 hour. Roll the dough to long finger thick rolls and cut out 5cm long pieces. Shape them to half moons and bake them for 10 minutes at 190C or 350F. When still warm, cover the cookies with a mix of the icing and vanilla sugar.
