Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/2 C Gluten Free Flour or Bisquick
2 tsp Sage
2 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Salt

2 T Margarine or Butter

1 Pkg or Jar of Gluten Free Gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Remove chicken thighs from package and place on plate 1 hour ahead of time. Using paper towels on the chicken thighs pat dry. Combine flour, sage, thyme and salt in low sided dish. Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour and seasoning making sure to coat both sides. Heat 2 T margarine or butter in cast iron skillet or heavy fry pan. When almost melted add chicken thighs. Brown cooking 5 mins each side. Prepare gravy and pour over chicken thighs. Let simmer while you set the table.
