2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. butter
microwavable bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in skillet until hot. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in bowl. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook until firm. Salt and pepper to taste.

Place bacon slices on plate and microwave for 20-40 seconds depending on number of slices.
