Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 c. pineapples tidbits in juice 4 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 c. thawed frozen whipped topping 2 med. red apples (cored and diced) 2 med. Granny Smith apples (cored and diced) 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts (coarsely chopped) 1 c. miniature marshmallows 2 heads lettuce

Directions:	Directions: Drain pineapple using colander, reserving juice in small bowl. Place cream cheese in large bowl. Gradually whisk in reserved pineapple juice until smooth. Stir in whipped topping; mix until blended. Add pineapple, apples, peanuts and marshmallows to cream cheese mixture; mix gently. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Rinse lettuce leaves and drain in large colander. To serve, spoon salad onto lettuce leaves.
