1 1/4 c. flour
1 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 T. oil
Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl,beat egg and oil, then add buttermilk.
Add all dry ingredients
Fry on greased griddle.
