3 lbs. beef roast
1 Tbsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Make a paste from all ingredients except roast. Rub on both sides of roast. Put in baking pan, add a small amount of water and bake about 1 hour per pound of meat at 350º. Cut up meat and place in baking dish; pour roast juice over. You can put back into oven or put in crock pot if you want but is not necessary.
