2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
2 slices bacon
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 slices American cheese, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 T. prepared yellow mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until tender; drain. Cook bacon until crisp; save drippings. Combine macaroni, celery, pepper, cheese and crumbled bacon. Combine bacon drippings with mayonnaise, milk and mustard; add to macaroni and toss lightly. Chill. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
